I am an Assistant Project Director at the Georgia Health Policy Center and an applied microeconomist with research interests in health, public, and labor economics.
 

My research uses large-scale administrative data—including national Medicaid claims (T-MSIS Analytic Files), to examine how public policies and institutional incentives shape healthcare delivery, access to care, and patient outcomes. My work focuses on maternal health, the healthcare workforce and organization, and advancing health equity.
